To Whom It May Concern:

The New Vision Class of 2010 program at Samaritan Medical Center has become a vital part of Children’s Miracle Network of Northern New York by bringing hope to hundreds of children, as well as their families, every year through various fundraisers. On March 5 & 6, 2010, from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., students from the New Vision Class of 2010 along with teams from area high schools will participate in the Stayin' Awake for Kids Sake Dance Marathon, with a goal of raising $10,000!

In an effort to achieve our goal of making a significant contribution to the resources Children’s Miracle Network, we are asking you, to contribute to our endeavor in any way possible. Our success is largely dependent on the support of businesses like yours. Your participation as a sponsor gives you ample opportunities to advertise your business, as well as assist families with children in a medical crisis. All monetary donations are tax-deductible.

We will be contacting you about your interest in supporting our cause and to make arrangements to collect any donations – in-kind or monetary. We have also enclosed a self-address envelope for you to mail the cash donation at your earliest convenience.
