Dear Dancers

Dear Dancers:

Thank you for your interest and participation in the Staying Awake for Kids Sake 12-Hour Dance Marathon, being held March 5th & 6th, 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., at the Case Middle School Gym in Watertown.

The New Vision Class of 2010 presents a Perfect Night for a Perfect 10 – and we are very excited about working together to organize this student-run fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $10,000!

Attached you will find information including: Dancer Registration, Rules, Medical Form, and additional general information. To participate, dancers are encouraged to raise at least $100 per four-person group/team ($25 per dancer minimum). There will be great incentives and prizes available for dancers who raise the most money.

The purpose of Dance Marathon is to raise money to benefit Children’s Miracle Network of Northern New York at Samaritan; but it is also for you to enjoy yourself – to have fun, meet new people and be with old friends, eat great food, and enjoy live bands and entertainment. We want this to be more than just a service event for you.

You will be hearing from us periodically, but please feel free to contact us by calling the New Vision Classroom at Samaritan at 785-4494, 9 – 11 a.m. Monday – Friday, or the CMN Office at 785-4053, with any suggestions, questions, or concerns you may have. Be sure to pre-register by February 12th to receive a CMN prize (read inside for more prize incentives).

Thanks again, and we hope you are as excited about Dance Marathon as we are!

For the kids!
